OPTA is composed of box office managers, treasurers, group sales and subscription directors, system directors, front of house managers, marketing directors and general managers. They are from the performing arts, sports organization, theatres, attractions, arenas, concert halls, colleges/universities, festivals, and fairs. Profit and non-profit facilities are represented.
